Appointment and deposit
When booking the package, you need to pay a deposit for yourself and the accompanying persons. This deposit will form part of your final payment. In order to confirm the reservation, within 3 days from the payment of the deposit, you must submit to us accurate and complete passport information of yourself and your accompanying persons.
Refund policy
After the payment is completed, we will confirm whether the reservation is successful or not within 18 hours (working days 09:00-18:00). You can apply for a refund if the timeout is not confirmed
About cancellation
If you cancel the itinerary before the start of the itinerary, the necessary expenses will be deducted according to the following criteria:-15 to 5 days before the start of the itinerary: 50% of the package fee will be deducted
4 to 1 day before the start: 70% deduction
On the day of travel: 100% deducted
